we will permanently delete your interview recordings and transcripts within 30 days.
Your completed biography drafts will be available for download before deletion.

10. Mobile Messaging (SMS)
When you sign up for Kindred Biographies on our website or by texting START to
(571) 740-1073, you agree to receive text messages from us related to
your biography service. These may include status updates on your biography, interview
session confirmations and reminders, and links to review your draft chapters.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies; most users receive
1–4 messages per month.
- Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@kindredbiographies.com.
- Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box at signup — or by texting START — you consent to receive the messages described above. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with
third parties for their marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to
deliver messages related to your Kindred Biographies service.
